Join us for an interview with Chris Roche from Chris Roche Wellness where we discuss meditation and breathwork.

Chris’ personal wellness journey started in 1990 while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard where he turned his lifestyle around after years of being extremely unhealthy, sedentary, overweight, plus heavy smoking and substance use.

His calling led him to return to civilian life where he completed his degree in Exercise Science and started a career as a fitness and wellness professional.

Over the decades, Chris has obtained countless certifications: Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500 YACEP), Wholistic Fitness (Steve Ilg), Breathwork Coach, Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, CrossFit, American Council on Exercise, Russian Kettlebell Challenge (Pavel Tsatsouline), MovNat, Fascial Maneuvers (The Human Garage), The Ready State (Dr. Kelly Starrett), and more.

He has taught a holistic lifestyle approach to thousands of students and has logged well over 20,000 hours of class instruction with students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners; from stay at home parents to Hollywood celebrities and even rock stars.

Today, Chris’ passion is helping others get free from pain, stress, and autoimmune challenges through movement, meditation, and breathwork and to live a balanced life of wholeness.
