In this episode of Redefining Resilience, we have our very first guest - Lexi Mohr. Chris, Kiley, and Lexi share a conversation about mindfulness and mind-body-connection.

Lexi Mohr, OTD, OTR, completed her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and received her doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She completed certifications in Aging Studies, 200-hour yoga training, Sensory-Enhanced yoga training, and Reiki healing. Lexi previously was the lead occupational therapist of a psychiatric long term care unit, dementia care unit, and two long term care units. She currently works as an occupational therapist providing outpatient telehealth services for people with Anxiety, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Down Syndrome. Lexi also started her own mind body healing business to help all people tap into their healing power within. She works with individuals experiencing pain, tension, anxiety, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and any other disease of the body. Lexi enjoys teaching yoga, being outside, and spending time with loved ones.
