The Six Domains of Resilience:
- Vision – sense of purpose, clear goals, clarify priorities and guide decisions.
- Composure – ability to stay calm and in-control when facing stress or adversity.
- Reasoning – creatively solve problems through action-oriented thinking.
- Health – forming good habits, exploring gut health, good vs bad stressors.
- Tenacity – stay optimistic and persevere.
- Collaboration – learning to put the right people in your life.
