- Why the ratio of investment in tech to human solutions (95% tech / 5% human) is directly inverse to the actual causes of breaches (95% human / 5% tech).
- How advisers can look up the supply chain for potential risks, and down the delivery chain for others.
- Why we all need to be aiming to at least clear the low hurdle of 'reasonable steps' in our cyber plans.
