Warriors aren't born, they're forged in the fires of challenge. Every setback, every struggle, is a hammer striking the anvil of our character. Warriors don’t just conquer the world around them; they face the shadows within. They wrestle with doubt, fear, & insecurity, emerging not just stronger, but more compassionate. Imagine a warrior who fights not just for personal glory, but for a cause greater than themselves. They lead by example, showing us that strength is not just about power, but about lifting others up. It’s about turning pain into purpose and struggles into stories of resilience. Each challenge we face is an opportunity to grow, to transform our lives and the lives of those around us. When we embrace our struggles, we become part of a community of warriors, united in our quest for strength and compassion. It’s not the fight that defines us, but how we rise from it. Let’s share our stories, inspire one another, and keep the spirit of the warrior alive. https://lnk.bio/daryl_praxis33

50:04Through life’s pressure, I will create diamonds. That’s the attitude from which legacies are born. Lois was raised in Jamaica and migrated to the United States at the age of 16. Although life was very different as a teenager in New York than it had been in her homeland, she brought with her the inner glow and confidence that her grandmother had instilled along the way. While in NY, she met a man who she would go on to spend 30 yrs with and build a family and a legacy with. Michael Hines began Tropic Isle in 1992 with a suitcase, a gallon of Jamaican Black Castor Oil, a hand cart, and a dream to celebrate Jamaican traditions & remedies. Later it would become Tropic Isle Living. It was then that Michael Anthony Hines would coin the name that is now recognized as “Jamaican Black Castor Oil”. Following Michael's passing in 2016, Lois was given the option to sell Tropic Isle Living or to become the fearless leader that it greatly needed. Lois chose the latter. Today, Lois has made it her mission to carry out Michael’s vision of making Jamaican Black Castor Oil a household staple, and Tropic Isle Living continues to flourish and now can be found in many beauty supply stores, health food stores, and major retailers around the globe. Tune in to her this beautiful story of resilience and determination. A journey, that in spite of the hardships along the way, was rooted in love. A love not only for her partner, but for God and how that loved carried her through those fires and made her a stronger person because of them. He only had a Pocket of Hope. Chad freely admits that had it not been for his relationship with God, he would not be here today. His years of horrific child abuse led him into a life full of gangs, drugs, and alcohol. This also led him to time in prison. In 2001, Chad’s mother killed his stepfather. But in his darkest times, he also knew God had more planned for his life than what he was currently experiencing. Chad never gave up working and believing that one day this would come together, and it would allow him to help millions of people that suffer from depression, trauma, and PTSD. In 2004 Chad was honored as one of the Ten Most Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA) in the country. In 2008, he was awarded with the Daily Points of Light by President George Bush. But by 2020, Chad’s health began declining because of fibromyalgia and his own battle with PTSD. As he began to write his book, WHO Am I (The Chad Gaines story), Chad was sleeping on the streets in San Francisco while working a full-time job six days a week. But he also knew he had a big edge on most people because he was too crazy to stop. Finally, in 2023, Chad’s book was released which sparked a new chapter in his life. Hollywood has now begun turning Chad’s life story into a movie called Pocket of Hope and will be released theatrically soon. Tune in to hear this amazing story of resilience and how God’s plan for us is always bigger than the mess we find ourselves in. We need to learn to meet people where they are, not where we expect them to be
People tend to have a misconception of what the healing journey looks like. It is not a destination, it is a process.
Merry Christmas and thank you for 2 wonderful years. Looking forward to 2025 and the start of year 3 of A Warrior’s Spirit. May you step into 2025 looking forward and not backward and taking dominion over your life. Make 2025 the year you play your best!

49:32Mercedes grew up in church and knew of God but didn’t have a real connection to God. Early in her life she fell into drugs and alcohol and the distance between her and God grew. As Mercedes got herself clean and sober, she also found herself growing that relationship with God again. The world around her was weighing her down but her boyfriend, Tristan, and continued prayer eventually created the peace in her life that she had been seeking. Today, Mercedes has a wonderful child, a healthy relationship with Tristan, and a loving relationship with Christ. She tries to help as many others become clean and sober, and to find their way to God as well. It is her mission to give back to those in need and to live every day as an embodiment of the Word of God. As Mercedes has healed from the guilt and shame of her past, she truly understands that it really is a beautiful life.…

Christa grew up with a compromised immune system and spent most of her childhood with nurses and doctors. She was unable to have the level of inner activity with her peers as most children do. Instead, she spent her time reading and expanding her mind. Stress and other activities would cause issues with her system, so she spent a lot of time with family and resting. This caused Christa to want to explore the mental health aspect of life and although she had originally wanted to be a vet, she became a mental health advocate instead. It has only been within the last few years that Christa has been able to come off her protocols and begin to live a more ‘normalized’ life. Christa’s journey of self-discovery has taken several twists over the years. Tune in to hear how self-awareness and determination can help overcome a lot of things, and even with a life altering ‘disability,’ you don’t have to live your life in a bubble You can also reach out to Christa at https://affiliatemarketingsidehustle.blogspot.com/…

Although Michael was born with spina bifida, he never wanted to be treated as disabled. However, even Michael’s parents tried to tell him what his limitations should be. Because of their own fears for their son, they did everything for Michael as he was growing up. Michael says this sorta stunted his mental growth and his ability to do things for himself. In fact, he said that actually made him lazy. As an adult, Michael had to teach himself discipline and how to overcome any limitations others may have put upon him. Today, Michael is married and has become an advocate for those with disabilities. He started Wheels N Warriors to get his message out and made it his mission to have those without aa disability, interact and treat those with a disability, in a better way. 1:02:47Ann knew from a very early age that she was gifted and special. She didn’t fully understand those gifts until later in life when she stumbled into massage therapy and Reiki. Ann found herself helping others and even wound up working with a couple who was in hospice, and actually worked with them for 5 years. Ann went on to become a mental health advocate and has put on conferences and events around this subject and she has also made several films as well. A few years ago, her entire world was shattered by the loss of her son. Suddenly, Ann felt like a fraud and withdrew from her life. She dove into the subject of grief and figured out how to live life without her son. Through this period of her life, she developed a course to help teach and guide others through their grief. Ann also eventually also wrote a book to help the healing process.
