Dr. Orlena Kerek joins me on my newest podcast episode to tell me and the listeners all about rebooting your health and wellness. We focus on the 4 pillars of wellness that she has identified - nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional wellness, and how you can make adjustments in these areas in our lives and even get our kids on board. She also breaks down an experience of mine to explain how our emotional wellness can spiral downwards but also how we can consciously create a spiral upwards into positivity again.
