This week we are doing some cosmetic detailing to a listing that isn’t quite getting the attention from the market needed to sell. We will do a little before and after to show what work is being done in the unit next week. We are doing things response to market feedback we have received over the past handful of months, in efforts to get the property sold. We are doing this in place of a price reduction. Of course while representing the seller we are wanting to keep as much money in the hands of the seller as possible, and this is the next best step to do just that.
