We discuss out fav bits of nerd news over the past couple of weeks: Emily Blunt would be in a Edge of Tomorrow Sequel, Linda Hamilton has been cast in Stranger Things 5, Nick Cage in Flash was epic, a new spooky cereal to look forward to this Halloween, Melisa Vargis is the costume artist for the new Fantastic Four movie, John Romitas Sr has passed away, and the creators of Exploding Kittens and Spot-It joined together to make a new game. We also discussed some new movie news: Spin-offs from the Fast & Furious franchise, Toy Story 5, Kraven the Hunter, a TV show Armor wars cast Sam Rockwell, and Zoe 102. For bingeing, Big Pops has been watching Ted Lasso, Star Trek Strange New worlds, and has been reading Birth Right the Comic. Sis has been reading all of the Throne of Glass novels by Sarah J. Maas, watching her guy play Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on switch, and watched Indiana Jones 2, Over the Hedge, and is loving the audio book The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern on her commute. Then, Pops shares his pull list! This week he introduces us to Batman Issue 136 by DC; Daredevil Issue 21 by Marvel; as well as Queen of the Swamps Issue 1 by Vault. His new number 1 is Black Panther by Marvel, With his Book(s) of the Week being Klik, Klik Boom Issue 1 by Image, and a gifted book from our neighbor who recently is back from Japan.
