John Sykes is a 33 year old man and a fellow student of Art Therapy. His story is that of a seeker and it was an honour to have this conversation with him. John has had complex PTSD for nearly 8 years and we talk about how that his influenced and inspired his seeking, along with other things relating to mind, body and soul.
