If you are operating in the red you have to make some radical changes! You can't dream 10 years into the future because you can't see past today! In this episode you will learn some valuable things that will improve your future and help you get on the right foot! It takes time, it takes energy, and it takes dedication, but I know you can do hard things! Here is an outline from the podcast.
-Untangle finances and get real with your debt situation
-Cut all extra expenses and stop spending money you don't have, YES even internet and subscriptions. Your kids will be fine and I bet they will play outside or with their toys more. If your work requires you to have internet at home this is not an option, but you can cancel all extra subscriptions
-Establish non-negotiable expenses: Food (no eating out) Lights and water, Rent, Car, Childcare
-Make minimum payments until emergency fund is $1000
-Pay smallest debt off first
-Once smallest debt it paid, take what you were paying on that and pay the next debts minimum payment PLUS what you were spending on the debt you just paid off
-Continue debt snowballing this until all debt is paid
-Look up Dave Ramsey 7 Baby Steps for more. I encourage you to YouTube this to get inspired how some people have escaped debts grip
YOU can do hard things. I BELIEVE in you.
