Abby lives and works in Dublin, Ireland. She practice Shamanic Psychotherapy working with groups and one on one clients alike.With a master degree in Science, she worked as a marine biologist, a course designer, an instructional designer and an applications before receiving a number of qualifications in coaching, reiki, psychotherapy and mindfulness.She has written a number of books on healing including the One Day at A Time Diary.
