This pandemic has forced many women to choose between career and caring for their families. It seems to be taking an unfair toll on women and according to one article, written in the Atlantic by Anne-Marie Slaughter, "Women still can't have it all."

The article states that in order for women to have it all they must have a flexible profession. We posed this question to our followers in the Sole Source Society and many of you disagreed with the author.

That brings us to our guest for this week's podcast, Beth Borgen, first female president at Lakeland University in its more than 100-year history. Beth is breaking the glass ceiling and shaking things up at the university with a fresh and female perspective and she says it's something she hopes to see other companies implement in the future.
