Welcome to the Solopreneur Life Podcast.

  1. Validate your idea
  2. Start getting clients
  3. Get the money flowing

These are your priorities.

  1. Use social media
  2. Join forums and communities
  3. Reach out to prospects through email and direct mail

Most of these you can do without a website. You can still leverage the Growth ARC:

  2. Relationship
  3. Conversion

But once you’ve committed and you’ve got the cash, build your website.

It's not just a brochure. Most businesses have an online presence. And no matter where else they are online, they have a website.

  1. Professional
  2. Findable
  3. Elevates your brand

How much does it cost?

  1. Hosting - $15 a month - siteground
  2. Domain - $30 a year - godaddy
  3. Theme - up to $100, once. Genesis, Parallax Pro

Is it hard?

No! It’s easier than you might think.

  1. Set up your hosting
  2. Cpanel - create your self-hosted wordpress site
  3. Add your theme
  4. Customize the theme
  5. Create your pages
  6. Add plugins for extra functionality

Your theme should come with a set-up guide that walks you through the process.

You don’t have to be techy to do it.

I promise. You’ll become techy as you build your digital business.

That’s the fun... you got this!
