In this episode, I begin with three common subtypes of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Symmetry and Order, Contamination, and Harm. These are just a quick introduction and by no means comprehensive. For more information and further study, please visit the following websites: IOCDF.org OCDUK.org/OCD/Types/ MadeofMillions.com/Conditions/Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can learn about me and my work by following me online @WendiNunnery or by visiting my website at www.wendinunnery.com. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My book Good Enough: Learning to Let Go of Perfect for the Sake of Holy is now available for pre-order!
