Exploring The Heart
Life is a cycle. Swirling and twirling, having highs and lows, lessons and heartache. It is constantly moving , showing us the way, holding us back, creating patterns, rhythms and flow. Teaching us the art of letting go, holding on and being in sync with ourselves. This lesson will take you outside of the box to observe the core of your existence. Reminding you of the walls that you have surrounded yourself with are not of use anymore. That it isn’t who we are. The childhood trauma that you have carried for decades no longer serves you. That letting go of the heartache is one of the most powerful ways to propel forward. This lesson is deep and magnetising. It will transform you.
