In this episode I talk about the significance of this particular eclipse, cosmic events and their effects on us and our kiddos. I share tips for how you can support any heightened emotions with yourself and children as a family during this time.
On October 14th, 2023, at 10:55 am PST we will experience a Solar eclipse in Libra. Now, I am no astrologer, I will leave that to the pros.. but I do follow and study celestial and cosmic events closely because I’ve noticed how greatly they impact me personally AND how deeply they affect my children.
For many, the eclipse symbolizes a bridge between the ordinary and the extraordinary, a moment where the mundane world touches the realms of the divine. It's a reminder of our place in the universe and the interconnectedness of all life.
I talk about:

  • what a solar eclipse is and why it's a rare celestial event.
  • historical and cultural significance of eclipses.
  • how it can influence our lives, especially those of children.
  • Share insights on how celestial events like solar eclipses can affect children's emotions and behavior,
  • Discuss potential fears or anxieties that children may experience during an eclipse.
  • Offer examples of how to recognize these emotional reactions in children and support them (and ourselves!) through it.
  • 11 ways to work with the eclipse (from Chani)

Excited for you to tune in!! Enjoy this episode beautiful souls!
