Women Soulful Surf is a safe, supportive and fun environment for women of all ages and experiences to surf, practice yoga, and feel empowered.

Women Soulful Surf is the first female-only surf school in the Newcastle area.

It was created by Helena Richardson, a yoga teacher who loves surfing. She's passionate about encouraging other women to follow their passion and step out of their comfort zone to realize how powerful they are.

Together with local female surf instructors, they created Surf & Yoga Programs, Retreats, and Events.

All to help you fall in love with the ocean and create a community of like-minded women.
