Liane is one of the busiest people I know. Like most of us Liane needs to earn a paycheque to support her passions so she works full time as a Human Resources Specialist. It's what she manages to do in her personal time that is truly exceptional. She's an accomplished salt flats racer who holds a 150 mph coin as well as being an announcer at Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials when she's not competing. Being passionate about Triumphs Liane also runs the Kootenay Rat Raid. On top of all that Liane decided to form Alberta Motorcycle Safety Society to give the motorcycle community a voice. Liane heads up AMSS organizing meetings, keeping tabs on the finances, co-ordinating AMSS attendance at motorcycle events (like the motorcycle shows), planning the annual Motorcycle Safety Campaign Launch, and co-ordinating AMSS's yearly For the Love of Motorcycles show and charity fundraiser in Edmonton. There's also the host role and guest planner for the Think Bike podcast which currently does 26 episode each year. In her spare time Liane spends quality time with her dog, Fin.
