Physical Health - Nutrition and Diet – The ability to provide the body with essential nutrition: including fluids, adequate essential amino acids, protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and adequate calories. - Fitness – The ability to create and maintain our physical strength, athleticism, endurance & flexibility - Sleep & Relaxation - The ability to maintain a healthy and optimal amount and high quality level of sleep and rest. - Sex – The ability to simulate and feed our sexual appetite in both a safe and pleasurable manner. - Sickness, Disease & Injury – The ability to prevent, manage, and cure sickness, disease and injury. . Mental Health - Intellectual – The ability to engage in creative and mentally stimulating activities. - Emotional – The ability to understand ourselves and cope with the emotional challenges that life can bring. Emotional health is also the ability to acknowledge and share all of these emotions in a productive, relevant and consistent manner. - Spiritual - The ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives. Spiritual health is also the ability to develop congruency between our values and our actions and to realize a common purpose that binds together creation, religion, science and “the self”. Social Health - Family – The ability to build and maintain positive & meaningful relationships with family members. - Friends - The ability to build and maintain positive & meaningful relationships with friends. - Romantic – Your ability to build and maintain positive & meaningful relationships with a romantic partner/s. - Business/Occupational - The ability to build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with co-workers, employees, bosses, business partners and anyone else relating, relevant or connected to work. Also, the ability to get personal fulfillment and joy from our job or chosen career field. Financial Health - Income – The ability to generate/produce money - Credit – The ability to borrow money, including our current credit score - Savings – How much money is currently in our possession . Fluidity – The ability to access our money . Diversity – The ability to invest money in multiple areas and or sectors .
