Why its important to have Fitness 1. Increase Domapine, Endorphins , and Adrenaline 2. Boost Confidence 3. Creates momentum and teaches consistency 4. Creates Discipline and Commitment 5. Therapy session for your brain to be alone 6. Gives u time to Personally develop yourself with audios or videos How to Fit Fitness into a hectic Life 1. Do it in AM ,1 hour before u start ur day 2. Do it for 30 min . U dont need 2 hours 3. Go to local gym or worse case do it home 4. Do minimum 4 days a week . Make a schedule
