Kevin is an attorney who now works to ensure children have access to limitless options for enrichment through summer camps. He explains how summer camps help students catch up on missed learning. We discussed how policy makers can ensure families have access to multiple learning options. Kevin gave us details on how educational technology can benefit students of all backgrounds and what parents can do to ensure their child is prepared for success.

I love the simplicity of his assessment of whether an educational proposal merits moving forward: "Will this help children learn?" I've already started asking this question.

His most recent book is "Building a Learning Culture in America".
