We have MMA veteran Jake Shields joining us in our first segment and we see a side of Jake you may not expect. He says in no uncertain terms that his next opponent Rousimar Palhares is a dirty fighter who isn't playing with a full deck. We go into some of Rousimar's in cage antics and Jake fills us in on how he plans to combat the joint destroying leg-locks that he is in store for. Jake touches on some of the flack he got from Ryan Ford after their fight and also has a few choice things to say about Ford. We ask Jake if he has talked with Nick Diaz about fighting again, and I think the answer will make a lot of MMA fans pretty happy. Finally we get Shields to open up about the Reebok deal and how maybe this is the first time in MMA history that fighters might find a better deal in a different organization.

In the second segment we are joined by WSOF Lightweight champ Justin Gaethje. Justin discussed his last fight with Luis Palomino, and how leg kicks are an under-appreciated aspect of his game. We get him to open up on his willingness to take some punishiment to be able to stay in the pocket and bang his opponents out. He explains why he thinks that certain wrestlers are marring the sport by playing it safe, and he hints that after his last fight with WSOF he may be heading to a different organization to test himself against other 155ers.
