We are joined by TUF 18 alumna Raquel Pennington. Rocky tells us about going into the fight with Holly Holm with injured hands and that her medical suspension following UFC 184 has been lifted; however, she hasn't completely followed her doctor's orders. We get her honest opinion on her mental attitude leading up to the close loss to Holm, and if after fighting her if she believes that the hype surrounding Hollly was warranted. Raquel explains how her former gym, Altitude MMA, closing with no warning has actually led her to a better training facility, and she tells us when to expect her back in the cage.

In the second segment we are joined by Steve Jeffery from the Hammer MMA and Brian Jefferies from FlyinMMA to do a break down of the three most influential changes in the UFC so far of 2015, namely the Reebok deal, Jon Jones being suspended and stripped of his title, and finally the new PED policy that the UFC has instated. We get some terrific analysis from these guys. Steve gives us an insider view of the fighters from the last event in Toronto and just how much the fighters have already lost due to the UFC's deal with Reebok.
