And for many women—especially for busy career moms—it can be easy for them to lose themselves while trying to provide for loved ones.
For Toye, the story was similar. As a young single mom, Toye had to juggle motherhood and a blossoming career. Slowly learning to put herself first and to take care of her own health, Toye came to understand that busy moms need constant encouragement and inspiration to balance their own mental and physical health.
