Amanda Small is a behavioral therapist that works directly with children, as well parents. She's also, an old friend. We sat down for a mellow conversation regarding the beginning of this new career of hers. I would argue few individuals are fit to excel at such a challenging career. We broke down why she decided this career path was something for her to pursue and what she's discovered her strengths really are. We talked insecurities and self doubt, and why sometimes, children do an excellent job at reminding us not to sweat the small stuff.
