We discuss his rise from selling drugs, to becoming a union electrician, to ultimately climbing to superintendent. We get into the very divisive subject of the black community and the surrounding culture. We discuss the value of giving back to your community and why it's so paramount. I ask for Big John's thoughts on the craziness of today and we get into the importance of an honest conversation.
