In the first episode of Season 17 of Star Wars: In a Galaxy, Eli, Jacob, and special guest Isabella discuss the first two episodes of Young Jedi Adventures, "The Young Jedi"/"Yoda's Mission" and "Nash's Race Day"/"The Lost Jedi Ship".

Among their discussion:

– THE HIGH REPUBLIC! FOR LIGHT AND LIFE!

– Piotr Michael's Yoda.

– Everyone feels bad for Zia.

– Taborr, Taborr, Taborr (IYKYK, don't tell Jacob, though, as we don't want to spoil it).

– Nash has two moms, and it is not treated as a special or different moment. LGBTQ+ representation!

– Eli gets waaaaaaaay too into the ethics of using the Force to win a race.

– 0G-LC and how Young Jedi Adventures took what we think would have been a PG story and made it for kids.

– Mad props to Jamaal Avery Jr., Emma Berman, and Juliet Donenfield as Kai Brighstar, Nash Durango, and Lys Solay respectively

The next episode of Star Wars: In a Galaxy will release on April 5, 2024.
