Verena Pizzini und Wolfgang Wurth bauen Soja in Niederösterreich an. Mit nur 2,5 Hektar und einer guten Idee leben sie als Neo-Landwirte. In Japan gilt "Natto" als traditionelle Delikatesse. In Österreich ist der schleimige Sojasnack in erster Linie gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die fermentierten Bohnen schmecken irgendwo zwischen frischem Kaffee und altem Käse; je nachdem wen man fragt. Verena Pizzini und Wolfgang Wurth haben ihre Liebe zu "Natto" gefunden und vertreiben die selbst angebauten und fermentierten Bohnen bereits in Österreich. Mit nur 2,5 Hektar Fläche können sie sich als Neo-Bauern ein gutes Einkommen sichern. In "Start Me Up" sprechen sie über ihren Werdegang.
