Everyone experiences challenges now and then, but effectively dealing with these “storms” is key to achieving your goals. We’ll discuss the negative impact of stopping and waiting for a storm to come—or creating a storm of your own. Finally, we’ll talk about the importance of preventing storms from dragging you off course and staying focused on the blue skies ahead. POINT #1: Don’t Create Your Own Storms When things are going well in your life, it can be tempting to stop moving forward while you wait for a storm to come. Although occasional storms are an inevitable part of life, negative thoughts and behaviors will cause storms to blow in more frequently. Negativity can lead you to creating your own storms. POINT #2: Storms Affect All Areas of Life In Body, storms may show up as disease, injury and sickness. In Being, storms may show up as a poor spiritual connection, inability to meditate or journal and losing the ability to hear your inner voice. In Balance, storms may show up as fights with loved ones or pushing back against simple requests. In Business, storms may show up as deals gone wrong, dips in sales or failed marketing plans. POINT #3: Stay Focused on the Blue Sky Although you might be in the midst of a storm, you need to focus on the blue skies ahead and prevent the storm from dragging you off course. Learning to navigate storms with an even keel by controlling your emotions will allow you to overcome difficult times more quickly. The 4-Dimensional Man course will help you learn how to navigate storms and stay focused on your goals (for more information, visit stepdadsuccess.com). QUESTION OF THE DAY: What storms are you facing? Are you waiting for a storm to come or creating a storm of your own? CHALLENGE OF THE DAY: Think about a current storm you are facing and write down what the “blue sky ahead” means for you. Write down a few things that will help you stay focused on this goal. QUOTE OF THE DAY: "If you want to see the sunshine, you have to weather the storm.” – Frank Lane BECOME A 4 DIMENSIONAL MAN - APPLY TODAY Discover The ART & SCIENCE Behind Accessing your Best BODY, a Booming Business and Balanced Relationships...While Living The Life You WANT!
