I'm going to generously call this one an action-comedy, as that is the best way to "enjoy" it.
Steven Seagal is Mason Storm in this one, and to be honest I don't remember anything about this fever dream of a film. The only reason I can even remember the name of the main character is because 1.) Every other character shouts his name at least once, and 2.) It sounds like something from Threat Level Midnight.
