On today's podcast presented by Pine Melon Market, we sit down with a new Chef on the Scene, Andres Vega. Chef recently launched his own concept, Sansara. A cuban food truck slinging f*ckworthy sammies & snacks. Making waves with creative yet simple menu items.
We talk with Chef about his history from leaving the white collar world to follow his passion. From Miami by way of NYC, Chef hung up his suit and tie and opted for a life he knew he wanted at a young age. We talk about the journey to opening his own business, as well as some questions that keep Chef on his toes.
