This next episode sees us in conversation with Twinkle Choksi. Twinkle is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who enjoys conversations about what makes you, you. Twinkle sees her adversities as an opportunity to develop resilience and learn lessons. She wants to share her story to help others feel safe, heard, and validated. With over ten years of education and experience in the field, Twinkle is passionate about providing a source of hope for those experiencing mental health difficulties, helping them to regain their strength, and empowering them to find their voice.
