It was absolutely awesome to be joined in this week's Strength by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength and conditioning coach, writer and researcher, Dr. Merrick Lincoln. I really enjoyed chatting with Merrick as it was clear we share similar thoughts and philosophies on training and coaching.
