Revelation 21:1-5; 22-26

While Dickens' story only explicitly encompasses Christmas past, Present, and Yet-to-Come, it also implicitly points to Christmas Forever. The story definitely points to the afterlife and the fate of our souls who die without embracing the charity, freedom, and transformation that comes from knowing and following Christ. Scrooge's transformation had consequences for him and others, but it was also proof that eternal joy was erupting in his heart. Christmas forever is where we are freed to celebrate together eternally, and where God blesses us - every one!
