Hey there, beachgoers! Let's dive into the latest surf zone forecast for some sweet waves and beach vibes.
Starting off in Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we've got a heads up with a high risk of rip currents today. Surf height is around 3 to 5 feet with a west swell rolling in. Water temperatures are a bit chilly, ranging from 57 to 60 degrees. So, be cautious out there!
Over in Ventura County Beaches, similar conditions with a high rip current risk, surf height of 3 to 6 feet, and a cool water temperature range of 57 to 60 degrees. The waves are riding in on a west swell, so grab your boards and hit the beach!
Heading to Santa Barbara County, the rip current risk is moderate, with surf heights of 2 to 4 feet. Water temps are slightly warmer at 58 to 60 degrees. There's a nice west swell coming through, making it a good day to catch some waves!
Now up north in San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, we have a high surf advisory until 2 AM Wednesday. Surf heights are higher here, ranging from 3 to 6 feet on Southwest Facing Beaches and a whopping 8 to 12 feet on Northwest Facing Beaches. Definitely some serious waves to ride!
So, grab your wetsuits and boards, and get ready to shred those waves! Remember to stay safe, watch out for rip currents, and have a blast out there!
