For this Episode 22 show topic: “We are humans not robotic machines” / Leadership / Decision Making / Motivational Strategies” Nichel Anderson discusses in today’s workplace in the last decade more and more leadership of companies utilize metrics as a way to over produce, in order, to meet a certain numerical value that exceeds a human capacity of morale, sustain interests, and lack of energy. Basically, the focus is for most companies the accumulation to expand demand even at the costs that employees are consumed with working multiple tasks, long hours, the human is taken out of the resources and replaced with the leader mindset that people can perform like robotic machines – meaning no care to the tame off, or leeway for any human unintentional error.
