Survivor: Kaôh R?ng is the 32nd season of the American CBS competitive reality television series Survivor. The competition was filmed in Koh Rong, Cambodia during the spring of 2015[1] and premiered on February 17, 2016.[2] As withSurvivor: Cagayan, the season will feature players initially divided into three tribes of six based on dominant attribute: “Brains” (intelligence), “Brawn” (athleticism), and “Beauty” (attractiveness).[3] Though this will be the 32nd season to air, it was the 31st to film, having been filmed before Survivor: Cambodia, which aired first; the two seasons were filmed back-to-back in the same location.[3]
Like all seasons from Survivor: Fiji onward, this season will feature hidden immunity idols that can be played after the votes are cast but before they are read; new to this season is that two idols can be combined into an idol that can be played after the votes are read, similar to idols found in Survivor: Panama, Survivor: Cook Islands, and Survivor: Cagayan.
