EP23 is all about resilience, pursuing the extremes of mental and physical fitness, psychedelics, military service, mental health, and living life every day as the greatest adventure of all. Our guest, Nick Ige, joined the military at 18 and served in the 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment for 10 years. During that time, he was deployed 6x to Afghanistan. He now is a full-time student at Harvard University studying Neuroscience and striving to summit the tallest mountain on each of the 7 continents.
