Today we follow the journey of pro golfer turned holistic nutritionist as Ashley Moss shares her riveting journey from the golf course to the world of wellness and motherhood.

Listen in as Ashley shares how embracing golf later in life shaped her path to becoming a Class A LPGA teaching professional and how her personal experiences led to a deep understanding of the vital connection between nutrition and athletic performance.

Ashley offers a treasure of insights on the mental game of golf, the misconceptions about gaining distance on the course, and the unspoken struggles female instructors face in a male-dominated sport. She also touches on the role of wrist action over body movement and highlights the essential role nutrition plays in enhancing your game.

Later on, we dive into the transformative impact of live blood analysis and how understanding one's body on a cellular level can lead to dramatic improvements in health and performance. Ashley opens up about balancing the intensity of competitive golf with parenting, providing a candid look into the life of an athlete who's navigated the pressures of professional sports while maintaining a strong connection to family.
