Most people find it difficult to say NO to other people’s demands and feel obliged to say YES even though deep down they don’t want to. This is partly due to society’s erroneous teaching that being selfish is always a bad thing. In this episode of Take Action Early I discuss why young adults must develop their ability to say NO with confidence to stay on track with goals, protect precious time and focus on priorities.
