In this episode Victoria will talk you through simple things you can do when a Meltdown begins that will help your child to calm more quickly. It's a short episode that will make a big difference.

As with all the Podcasts in this show, the strategies given aren't just theoretical - instead they are born out of many years of autism experience, both professionally and personally - and have all been tried and tested not only by Victoria but by the parents she has worked with.

If you have a child with High Functioning Autism, Asperger's Syndrome or Pathological Demand Avoidance and want to make sure you give your child a chance to calm down more quickly during times of distress, this is the episode for you.
