Bruce has been a full time REALTOR in metro Atlanta since 1979, his credentials include a BBA in Marketing, MS in Real Estate and Urban Affairs and a Doctorate in Law. Bruce is licensed attorney but brokerage is and has been his full time career for 37 years. Throughout his lengthy career, as the market dictated, Bruce specialized a variety of market segments including: Seller Representation, Buyer Representation, New Homes, REO, Investment Sales and Commercial and Residential Property Management. In addition to brokerage for the past 5 years Bruce has served as Managing Member of the ATL Investors, LLC family of equity funds. Bruce believes in giving back to the profession and is currently VP of Professional Development at the Cobb Association of REALTORS and State Director of the Georgia Association of REALTORS. Bruce is frequently quoted in publications like Forbes, Fox Business, US News and World Report, Realtor Magazine, Bank Rate, and HousingWire among many others on various real estate topics.
