Exclusive training video going over Sarah's process
Sarah came to me 4 months ago on the left killing it in the gym.

Yet, she wasn’t seeing the progress she wanted. She wanted to grow more muscle and improve her lifts. She also wanted to LOOK like she lifts. She was seeing progress in her strength training, not what she wanted in her physique.

Her weight wasn’t budging and she continued to train 5-7x a week, all in hopes things would change. Sarah was ignoring her rest. Sarah was ignoring how few calories she was eating. Sarah was terrified to eat carbs.
5 months later she is:

  • Eating 1000 more calories a day
  • Eating over 300g of carbs a day
  • Trains MAX 5 times a week
  • Gained 8 lbs
  • Hit new PR’s in multiple exercises
  • Able to do non assisted pull-ups
  • Can do 39 push-ups in a row

She has spent the last 4 months restoring her metabolism by going through a reverse diet. She is now entering her first-ever fat loss phase, and boy, will this be fun. She lives by getting 1% Better every single day.

Learning how to eat more and trust the process can be an incredibly scary thing.

Especially if you’re doing it alone with no one to guide you through the process.
