Today's selection concludes Surah 44, Adh-Dukhân or the Smoke, with verses 43-59. These verses lays out the food and drink which will be given to the sinners in Hell and the food and entertainment for the righteous who will go to Heaven.
The Tafseer for this selection is an explanation of the Tree of Zaqqum in verse 43 and the besetting sin discussed in this Surah.
