When I was first introduced to the concept of meditation, I immediately wrote it off as not being for me. I thought I was too much of a fast-paced go-getter to let meditation slow me down. But when I finally decided to give it a try (after discovering that other high-achievers attributed much of their success to meditation) it changed everything for me.

This week, Caitlin and I share our personal experiences with meditation and highlight the transformative effects and benefits of finding a practice that works for you. Our conversation extends beyond traditional meditation, touching on alternative spiritual practices such as ayahuasca and psilocybin use. As we explore various paths to spiritual enlightenment, we underscore that the main goal is to create space between thoughts, leading to enhanced clarity and decision-making.
