Jake Crosby is an entrepreneur in every sense of the word. His sense of business and making money goes all the way back to buying and selling sodas at his jr. high school for a profit. His venture into real estate began with purchasing a duplex and, soon after, buying another. Then he began buying fixer uppers doing the work himself and flipping the houses, which prompted him to get his real estate license. With the cost of dumpster rentals piling up, he proceeded to start his own dumpster rental company. Over the years, with the help of his wife, Heather, his family, and a team of employees, Jake now owns several companies. Pine Tree Properties, Crosby Construction, And New England Dumpster Rentals are all based out of Sanford, Maine.
