Here ye! Here ye!

Welcome to the last episode of this series of The 80%. I have ended this run of the podcast with a supersonic guest in the form of writer, podcaster and whirl of effervescence, Caroline O'Donoghue. I will return in November as now I must set off on my hunt, like Viggo Mortensen in Lord of The Rings, to find new guests...YIKES!

This series I've spoken to some incredible people who all happen to be women. Huge thanks to Saoirse McHugh, Melanie Morris, Vicki Notaro, Anna Haugh, Karen Constantine, Ciara Kelly, Merle O'Grady, Glenda Gilson, Tara Stewart, Sophie White, Eimear Varian Barry and now Caroline, who all generously gave of their time, wit and wisdom, to this 5ft11 cutie pie. But no timare! I already have names pencilled in to record with for series six, so The 80% will return.

To tide you over until then, I have made another podcast called Esther Is In Bits where we talk about being in bits and then being better. So far, I've recorded chats with some incredible people about subjects such as fertility, gender, sleep (!) and grief to name but a few. Go nuts and follow me on Instagram and Twitter for all the latest updates and incredible images from me.

Until we meet again, keep it fresh, keep it sexy and don't forget to put the oxygen mask of life on yourself first. Light the candles, drink the alcoholic or non-alcoholic wine and unhook your bra, real or metaphorical!
