"I tell people, I am not here to fix you and I can’t fix you because I don’t believe that you are broken. What I can do is to help you see what you’re not seeing, while feeling broken. That's what we need to focus on, the present moment. Not the past, not the future, right here, right now. "- Michelle Kuei

It’s not every day that a guests’ story is so inspiring it brings you to tears. Well, that’s exactly what happened when I spoke to Michelle Kuei, my guest on today’s show.

Michelle is a certified confidence & leadership coach who helps negative self-talkers believe in their talents to reach their full potential in personal and professional life. She was only 11-years-old, living in rural Taiwan when a car running a red light completely altered her life’s trajectory. Her road to recovery was extremely long and painful and she needed to learn how to live with a disability.

Although very difficult, her new reality didn’t stop her from pursuing unbelievable and seemingly impossible goals such as hiking Machu Picchu. Michelle’s speaking career began in 2018, soon after she founded her own coaching company.

She is the author of the new memoir, Perfectly Normal, an immigrant’s story of making it in America. Michelle lives in Los Angeles with a short-haired brown tabby cat named Buster. If you’re looking for her, the odds are good you’ll find her at the gym.

In today’s episode, Michelle shares how to gain clarity when you feel stuck, the law of being, how to use bravery to discover a way of living true to yourself, living a life with a disability, overcoming your fears, and why only you know what’s best for you. Tune in now to hear our chat!
