In 2020, I stopped offering 6-week programs/challenges to new members. I realized they were not profitable and my business and my clients needed more from me. In this episode, I dive into why I made the switch from 6 weeks to 12 weeks, the price change that came with that, and how this change started bringing in group clients who would ultimately stay long-term.
