An existential crisis refers to a period of deep questioning and reflection about the fundamental nature of one's existence, purpose, and meaning in life. It is often characterised by feelings of confusion, anxiety, and a sense of being lost or disconnected from one's values, beliefs, or goals. And Artists who I might call thinkers are most prone to fall into existential crisis.
